Antarctic Krill: Extraction and Storage

Antarctic krill, Euphausia superba, a promising sources of protein, demands sustainable utilisation at a time when most conventional resources are reaching or exceeding optimal limits. The primary problem in utilising krill lies in its intense postmortem proteolytic activity.
